FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I mostly paint using watercolors or inks. Sometimes I use acrylics, I create mixed-media and work with digital compositions and photography.

My prints are made on Hahnemuhle Photorag Bright White 310 gr/m2. This is thick paper with texture that can also be used to paint watercolors. That’s the reason why the prints will look just like an original. The printing process is made by a Dutch company specialized in Fine Art Prints.

I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my artwork. Producing an art print can take between 3 – 4 days. The reason is every print is produced carefully, dried, pasted on foamboard (in case you selected this option) and then packed and sent to my studio where I can check it again, sign it and send it to you. You have to consider that my prints are not mass-produced so quality work takes a bit of time 🙂

I print every product on demand. We’re living on times when we shouldn’t be wasting supplies as inks and paper. Printing on demand allows me to work more sustainable.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

Add the item to the shopping cart and click on ‘complete order.’ Enter your address details and choose which payment method. Do not forget to tick the box ” I declare that I have read and agree to the  General Terms and Conditions .”. After you click on ‘confirm order,’ the order will be processed immediately. 

It is possible that our email ends up in your spam box. If the confirmation has not arrived in your email, you can contact me by phone or e-mail and we will resend the confirmation.

If you are unable to place an order, please send an email to [email protected] Do not forget to include your address, details of the order in the e-mail. We’ll contact you as soon as possible. 

Yes, this is certainly possible. At the end of the order you can fill in your own details and also the delivery address.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Each Art piece is unique and has it’s own process.
Original artwork will be shipped within 5 working days.
Art prints will be shipped between 5 and 7 days because they are printed on demand.
Custom artwork (printed or digital) will be shipped within 5 working days after the processing time is complete.
I ship my products with MyParcel. They offer the next day delivery within the Netherlands.

Please, remember every order is custom-made for you and the delivery time is different for each item.
My prints are made by a professional printing company specialized in fine art prints.
We can anticipate any unforeseen problems with printer or the process. However it happens rarely, in that case we take all measure to ensure everything is delivered with quality even it takes more than anticipated time.
We want to be sure you will get the perfect art print! If this happens, We’ll let you know immediately. Also, busy times like holidays can take longer and there are often suspended postal services during the holidays.

The shipping costs in the Netherlands are €3,50.
Orders above 50 euros it is free!

The shipping cost for Belgium is €6 The delivery time takes 1-2 days.
The shipping cost for Belgium is €6,50 for Germany. The delivery time takes 2-3 days.
Orders above 75 euros are free!

This list includes Denmark, France, Italia, Luxemburg, Austria, Slovakia, Spain and Czech Republic.
The shipping cost for these countries is €8,50.
Orders above 75 euros are free!

The transmission time for a shipment with an international destination can be affected by the time it takes for the
customs authorities to process the shipment.

All orders are sent through PostNL that connects with the national post services on each country except Ecuador.
Orders to Ecuador are sent through DHL.

If you are not at home, there is a note in the mailbox from the delivery person. You can contact the delivery person by phone to schedule a new appointment. Remember all packages are sent with track and trace and signature after receiving. This allows both of us to be sure the package arrives to your hands.

When ordering multiple items, it is possible that the order will be delivered at different times. This is the case, for example, if the articles come from different partners. There could of course also have been a mistake or a malfunction. In this case, I’ll do my best to let you know as soon as possible by email.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Custom work of art is made of especially for you. Art Prints are printed on demand so I cannot offer full price refunds unless an error on the shipping. If you have received the order damaged despite the careful packaging, please contact me as soon as possible: [email protected] and we can find a solution together. Sale items cannot be returned. You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to decide, exchange or return your product. The item needs to be in its original packaging, original condition, with tags. Conditions apply.

If I have received the product back, the paid amount will be refunded to you within 2 to 3 working days in the same way as we received your payment. If we have refunded you, you will also receive an email about this. Some banks may take longer than 3 working days. Please contact your banking customer support for further details. 

If the print arrived damaged due an error with the shipping company, I’ll by happy to offer you an exchange for a new one. If you don’t want the product anymore, I can offer only 50% of the money back.

The costs for return are for your own account. If you live in The Netherlands, it can also be returned to us free of charge at my studio in Best, Noord Brabant.
